Outstanding food and service. Turkish cuisine. Amazing appetizers and entrees. Dinner would normally cost around 30-40 per person, but I came in a large group of around 25 people, so we had many dishes. They were well worth the set price. I took home leftovers enough for a meal the next day. To get here from Boston, I took MBTA bus 74 ten stops from the Harvard Square busway in the station. I walked one block on New Street. This restaurant is a hidden charm.
Lavash is a must! You have to try. My husband and I found this place last Friday and we ended up going three days in a row. Best Turkish food in town, hands down! You should try the Istanbul Style Islak Burger, another must-have that will surprise your taste buds. Everything we’ve had in this place is awesome.
Hands down the best Turkish food in Boston! The staffs are very friendly and provide an extraordinary customer service. Very authentic delicious Turkish food. Their Turkish tea (chai) with Baklava is a must for those who love tea and Baklava. Their Beyti is my favorite dish, very yummy.
I'm not giving an opinion about the atmosphere of the restaurant because I've never eaten there. I only get take out when I'm in the neighborhood. So the food. It's absolutely delicious. It is fresh and hot and flavorful. And abundant. Today I ordered the white bean salad and I think it may weigh 3 pounds on its own. The chicken kebab is juicy, tender and perfectly seasoned. The lemon/chicken soup was out of this world. The pitas were warm right out of the oven. The hummus was so delicously fresh that I'm ashamed to buy that crap at the supermarket ever again. This is why I never want to leave this state. Food like this can be had all the time. Sure, we have chains too. But this is food that not only nourishes your body, it feeds your soul. And it makes you believe that humanity might have a chance.
It is a very nice Turkish restaurant with pleasent dining room and plenty of seats. Menu definitely have wide selection of grill and turkish meze. We decided to go with the mixed grill dish and I must say all types of meat (beef, lamb, chicken) all were amazingly tender and delicious, but I must say its portion is a bit small for two persons. The dish came with a salad & a rice plate as sides, also turkish bread and we loved all of them! After our lunch we asked for turkish chai (black tea), it was also nice but surprisingly and unlike almost all other Turkish restaurant, its charge came on our bill (15 for a pot). Another point to add is they have some parking slot available by their restaurant which is great in cambridge.
Absolutely stellar experience! The Turkish food here is a true culinary delight, bursting with flavor and authenticity. From savory kebabs to aromatic rice dishes, every bite transports you to the vibrant streets of Istanbul. And let's talk about the Turkish coffee—simply divine! Rich, robust, and brewed to perfection, it's the perfect finale to a memorable meal. Five stars all the way!
If you’re Chaldean, Iraqi, Assyrian, or from northern Iraq, this is the place to experience authentic Arab cuisine that exceeds all expectations! Lavash Bar & Grille offers a truly unique culinary experience with dishes that remind you of home, bursting with flavor and authenticity. The ambiance is warm and inviting, and the service is impeccable. Every dish is crafted with care, making it easily the best Turkish and Arab cuisine in the area. I highly recommend this restaurant 100% — you won’t find anything comparable elsewhere. A must-visit -Salvatore Haroon
Great food. Friendly staff, the manager offered to help us settle in with a baby stroller, food is amazing, service is great. The cheese rolls melt in your mouth, the chicken adana is spiced very well and the side salad is a great addition!
